MACRO® Golf's Return Policy

MACRO Golf is so confident that the MACRO Putter will improve your game we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, contact MACRO Golf to arrange a return. If you purchased the MACRO Putter elsewhere, please contact that retailer.

All returns must abide by the following conditions:

  • You will receive a refund for the price of the putter minus shipping and handling. There is no restocking fee.
  • You have thirty (30) days to arrange the return.
  • You must contact MACRO Golf to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • The club must reach MACRO Golf within ten days after the RAN is issued.
  • You are responsible for shipping fees related to the return.
  • Unless defective, the club must only display normal wear and tear.


Shipping and Handling

Currently, shipping and handling charges are $8.50 for purchases under $100 and $14 for purchases $100 and above. Shipments are handled through USPS Priority Mail. Any other expedited and/or international form of mailing may be assessed a surcharge. You may receive a quotation for these fees, or request an alternate payment method, by emailing us at customerservice@macrogolf.com.
